Fermented Honey Garlic
Fill a mason jar about 3/4 full with fresh peeled garlic (from the garden or farmers market is best)
Cover with local raw honey (needs to be raw)
Leave some space in the jar, stir, put on lid.
First few days open a few times to let built up gas escape (burp the jar), flip jar once a day
Then continue to “burp” the jar 1-2x a day for the next 2-3 weeks or so.
You can start using it within a month but the longer it sits the better!
Drizzle on things, take a TSP a day, eat the garlic, etc.
